pittapod (pip) lives in the area of the swamps with the most ponds and puddles. she mostly hangs out under the water, but any time someone wanders through she pops up to take a look. new things and people are SO interesting to her, and she has exactly 0 anxiety about approaching them, so she chases every curious impulse to take a closer look

pip isn't especially verbal but she's perfectly intelligent and aware. she just doesn't care about like... 'dignity' or whatever. 'personal space.' whom? she came fully formed outta the ooze, she has no idea how people act outside of the swamp, she just wants to meet people and see things. and introduce them to her way of life! she's always trying to invite people into her pond for a swim. This will change you do Not just go in there expecting to remain normal

pip can also absorb water to change her body shape if she feels like it, but only inasmuch as her original shape would logically allow - so she can't change species or anything this way, just make herself plumper or boobier or taller. just for funsies! and then she can just wring herself out like a sponge to go back to normal
